Gameplay Programmer/Technical designer
Work on the coop home VR Shooter "Chaos Jump" :
This was my first Unreal Project on which I learnt UE4's interface, UE4 C++ libraries and Replication. Due to a natural interest to gameplay and player experience I quickly started working closely with the creative director.
My tasks involved :
- Implementing an HP system for all of our characters
- Implement interaction interface to allow for a streamlined interactable creation pipeline
- Refactor weapon systems and iterate with design on weapons implementation
- Implement a simple player body manager with detached body parts (head, torso and hands)
- Implement customization system to allow players to select their avatar's mask
- Integrate Audio, VFX and animations
- Bug fixing
November 2017 - February 2018 : Chaos jump is transformed to an Arcade game, lots of features are trimmed down to make the experience more concise.
